Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a high volume restaurant
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment
  • Food Handler's certification is a plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role

Job Duties

  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff for efficient service
  • Handle kitchen equipment properly and safely
