As a line or prep cook at Pho-Gyu, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of food preparation and presentation. You will be responsible for preparing the signature broths and side dishes, carefully following our established recipes to ensure consistency and quality in every bowl served. The position requires proficiency with kitchen tools and equipment, including knife skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We value teamwork and commitment, and in return, offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Our pay structure is designed to reward experience and skill, with base wages ranging from $17.00 to $18.50 per hour, and an estimated $3 to $5 per hour additional earnings in tips. Those with experience making Pho or ramen professionally can expect higher pay reflecting their specialized skills. Employment is available for both full-time and part-time positions, with an expected commitment of 35 to 50 hours per week. Shifts are available during both day and night hours, allowing flexibility based on your preferences and availability.
