The Line Cook at Salted plays a critical role in maintaining the high culinary standards the company is known for. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking food items precisely according to Salted's culinary guidelines, maintaining rigorous sanitation and safety standards, and collaborating seamlessly with the virtual Front of House team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all customers. This position is ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in culinary skills, who are comfortable performing prep work, operating flat-top grills, and who possess a minimum of six months of kitchen experience. Physical stamina is also important, as the role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
