Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant kitchen experience
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • familiarity with food safety standards and ability to maintain hygiene
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • strong foundation in cooking techniques food preparation and presentation
  • knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
  • effective communication skills with kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • ability to work well in a team and demonstrate core values of pursuit of excellence positive energy integrity and team spirit
  • ability to assist with day-to-day kitchen operations including prep and stock rotation

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook dishes to brand standards ensuring taste presentation and timing during service
  • support smooth kitchen operations by staying organized and following station responsibilities
  • work collaboratively with team members in a respectful and supportive environment
  • assist with receiving deliveries rotating stock and maintaining organized storage areas
  • follow all food safety and hygiene procedures maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • contribute to daily kitchen needs including prep lists labeling and equipment care
