Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of line or prep cooking experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Willingness to work AM shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of line or prep cooking experience
- Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife work and flat-top cooking
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Prior experience in a delivery-first or fast-casual restaurant preferred
- Culinary certification or relevant training beneficial
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items to perfection accurately following culinary standards
- Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Follow all health and safety protocols
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
- Assist in kitchen cleanliness and organization
