Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of line or prep cooking experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
  • Willingness to work AM shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of line or prep cooking experience
  • Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife work and flat-top cooking
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Prior experience in a delivery-first or fast-casual restaurant preferred
  • Culinary certification or relevant training beneficial

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items to perfection accurately following culinary standards
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Collaborate with virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Monitor food quality and presentation
  • Follow all health and safety protocols
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Assist in kitchen cleanliness and organization
