Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of line or prep experience
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency in knife skills and prep work
- Familiarity with flat-top cooking
- Willingness to adhere to sanitation and safety regulations
- Availability to work AM shifts from 6 am to 2 pm
- Commitment to delivering high-quality food consistently
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of line or prep cooking experience
- Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife and prep work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following culinary standards
- Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Perform knife and prep work efficiently
- Operate flat-top cooking equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes
- Adhere to food quality and portion control guidelines
