Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of line or prep experience
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Proficiency in knife skills and prep work
  • Familiarity with flat-top cooking
  • Willingness to adhere to sanitation and safety regulations
  • Availability to work AM shifts from 6 am to 2 pm
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality food consistently

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of line or prep cooking experience
  • Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife and prep work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following culinary standards
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Collaborate with virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Perform knife and prep work efficiently
  • Operate flat-top cooking equipment safely and effectively
  • Ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes
  • Adhere to food quality and portion control guidelines
