Salted is currently seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join its dynamic culinary team. This position operates during the AM shifts from 6 am to 2 pm, offering an hourly pay rate ranging from $19 to $23. The role is integral to maintaining the high standards that Salted is known for. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items with precision and adherence to Salted's culinary standards. This includes performing knife and prep work, utilizing flat-top cooking techniques, and ensuring that each dish meets the company's quality requirements. Safety and sanitation are paramount in this role, and you will be expected to comply with all relevant regulations and standards to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Collaboration is also key, as the Line Cook will work closely with the virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences that delight customers.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of line or prep experience
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency in knife skills and prep work
- Familiarity with flat-top cooking
- Willingness to adhere to sanitation and safety regulations
- Availability to work AM shifts from 6 am to 2 pm
- Commitment to delivering high-quality food consistently
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of line or prep cooking experience
- Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife and prep work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
