Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to San Francisco location
- Flexibility to work AM and PM shifts
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience
- Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife and prep work
- Experience with flat-top cooking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery-first restaurant environment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with virtual Front of House team
- Commitment to following food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following Salted culinary standards
- Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with the virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Perform knife work, prep tasks, and flat-top cooking efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols
