Job Duties
- Prepare food items by dicing, slicing, breading, chopping, mixing, and grilling
- Ensure food is cooked and presented according to Cheddar's recipes and quality standards
- Maintain the highest safety and sanitation standards daily
- Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to management
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to meet guest expectations
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
- Assist in training new kitchen staff
