Job Requirements

  • Minimum of six months kitchen experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work PM shifts and some AM shifts
  • Compliance with sanitation and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife and prep work, flat-top cooking
  • At least six months of kitchen experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following Salted culinary standards
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Collaborate with virtual front of house team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization during shifts
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Follow recipes and portion controls precisely
  • Support team communication and coordination during busy periods
