Job Requirements
- Minimum of six months kitchen experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work PM shifts and some AM shifts
- Compliance with sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Solid foundation in culinary skills including knife and prep work, flat-top cooking
- At least six months of kitchen experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following Salted culinary standards
- Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with virtual front of house team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization during shifts
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Follow recipes and portion controls precisely
- Support team communication and coordination during busy periods
