Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for measuring and portion control

Job Duties
- Prepare and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards

- Dice, slice, bread, chop, mix, and grill ingredients as required
- Ensure timely execution of orders to provide excellent guest service
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth operations
- Monitor food inventory and report shortages
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations
