Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills for measuring and portion control
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must comply with health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Ensure timely execution of orders to provide excellent guest service
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth operations
  • Monitor food inventory and report shortages
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations
