The Line Cook/Prep Cook will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, including workstations and equipment, to uphold a safe and sanitary environment. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a cook or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast paced environment

- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
