Job Duties

  • Prepare and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain highest food safety and sanitation standards every day
  • Dice, slice, bread, chop, mix, and grill ingredients as required
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Support continuous improvement in kitchen processes and guest satisfaction
