Job Duties
- Prepare and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain highest food safety and sanitation standards every day
- Dice, slice, bread, chop, mix, and grill ingredients as required
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Support continuous improvement in kitchen processes and guest satisfaction
