Job Requirements

  • at least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred but not required
  • credentials in health and safety training
  • certification that meets local requirements
  • must be flexible with hours
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations

  • deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest

Job Duties

  • open/close kitchen when needed
  • prepare a variety of different appetizers/entrees for guests and ensure food preparation to keep the kitchen and line fully stocked
  • wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
  • clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
  • scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
  • unload and organize them properly
  • empty trash containers regularly and maintain a clean work area by sweeping and mopping as needed
  • perform additional cleaning duties and clean food prep stations and equipment as requested
  • control and direct the food preparation process while collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service
  • deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest
