Job Requirements

  • Must have 2-3+ years of line cook experience in a fine dining setting
  • 1+ years of experience in pastry production
  • Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
  • Ability to work various days and hours as business dictates
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or have a valid work permit
  • Must have reliable transportation to work
  • Must be able to obtain proper uniform including black non-slip shoes
  • Must have proof to legally work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food production
  • Manage food inventory and ensure proper storage
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in pastry production and execution
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as wood-fired grills and ovens
