Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- Able to communicate clearly with managers and team members
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50lbs
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 10 hours
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- Ability to follow recipes and portion sizes precisely
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work standing up for up to ten hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Accurately prepare hot food products
- Prepare and portion food prior to cooking
- Plate and garnish cooked food items
- Prepare garnishes for all hot menu plates
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Follow Ruby standards and recipes consistently
- Communicate effectively with managers and team members
