Job Requirements

  • minimum one year of kitchen preparation and cooking experience
  • able to communicate clearly with managers and team members
  • able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • able to work standing for long periods up to 10 hours
  • compliance with kitchen rules, policies, and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow Ruby Standards and recipes consistently
  • maintain a clean and sanitary work area

Job Duties
