Main Event is currently seeking passionate and skilled Line Cooks to join their culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious food that keeps guests returning for more, ensuring every dish meets the highest quality standards. This role requires a dedication to food preparation, safety, sanitation, and teamwork to consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience. The Line Cook position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food and customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in upholding the company’s strict cleanliness and safety standards, working closely with the service team to ensure food accuracy and timely delivery. Your primary duties will involve prepping and cooking menu items based on the company’s recipes and operational standards, as well as maintaining clean and stocked workstations throughout your shift. Operational responsibilities include the safe handling of kitchen equipment and adherence to all health department food safety regulations.

Job Requirements
- Must have six months of line cook or prep cook experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Food Handlers Certification as required
- Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
- Guest-focused mindset

Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards
- Working in partnership with the Service Team to ensure food is accurate and delivered timely
- Adhering to all company and health department food safety procedures
- Properly and safely operating kitchen equipment
- Maintaining a clean and stocked station before and after each shift
- Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
