Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional line cook experience in upscale or fine dining
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Capability to stand for long periods and perform physical kitchen duties
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Commitment to upholding food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
