Job Description

Join a winning team as a Line Cook at an upscale and fine dining establishment, where your role goes beyond just preparing food—it is about contributing to an exceptional guest experience from the moment they enter. This opportunity offers more than just a job; it invites you to become part of a dedicated team committed to excellence and growth within the hospitality industry. The company firmly believes that its employees are its greatest asset and therefore invests heavily in structured training programs and career advancement opportunities to help you develop professionally.

This position is based in a vibrant, guest-focused environment where attention to detail and a passion for fine cuisine are essential. As a Line Cook, you will be instrumental in crafting dishes that meet the high standards of the establishment, working with a team of culinary professionals who share your dedication to quality and consistency. The role requires you to be adaptable and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen, all while maintaining the elegance and precision that define upscale dining. You will have access to multiple benefit plans tailored to support your health and well-being, flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle, and paid time off or paid sick leave depending on your location.

The company fosters a positive and respectful workplace culture that values diversity and inclusivity, aligning with its core philosophy of being friendly, accommodating, inclusive, and respectful—principles branded as "Be FAIR." Employees enjoy generous discounts not only on dining but also on retail, amusements, and hotel stays, enhancing the overall employee experience. Beyond professional growth, you will have opportunities to give back to the community through volunteer initiatives with Landry’s League, reinforcing the company’s commitment to social responsibility and community involvement.

Although this is a tipped position, please note that it does not earn tips, focusing instead on stable and competitive compensation. If you have at least one year of experience in an upscale or fine dining kitchen, a passion for great food and fun, and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a guest-first attitude, this role is ideal for you. This position embraces the values of teamwork, respect, and excellence, ensuring that every dish served elevates the guest’s dining experience and contributes to the company’s reputation for remarkable hospitality.
