Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in upscale or fine dining line cook role
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with restaurant recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking ingredients
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
