Job Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Possess strong communication skills
- Demonstrate knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Be capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure

Job Duties
- Cook menu items assigned to station
- Be mindful of special requests and dietary restrictions
- Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes
- Assist sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen
- Dispose of spoiled food and other waste material
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure that the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations
- Report any issues with kitchen equipment to management
