Job Description

Landry's Inc. is a leading hospitality company renowned for operating a diverse portfolio of upscale restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues across the United States. Established with a commitment to excellence, Landry's has built a strong reputation for delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional food, service, and atmosphere. The company's extensive network comprises fine dining establishments that emphasize quality, innovation, and a welcoming environment for both guests and employees. As a prominent player in the upscale dining sector, Landry's places a high value on team collaboration, employee development, and community involvement. They strive to create a positive, inclusive workplace culture where every team member is respected and empowered to succeed.

We are excited to invite passionate culinary professionals to join Landry's as a Line Cook specializing in upscale and fine dining cuisine. This role is not simply a job; it is an opportunity to be part of an exceptional team dedicated to exceeding guests' expectations from the moment they step into our restaurants. The Line Cook will play a critical role in preparing high-quality dishes following precise recipes and presentation standards, ensuring every plate served aligns with the brand’s commitment to excellence. This position offers structured training and development programs designed to enhance culinary skills and foster career growth within the company. As a part of Landry's team, Line Cooks will benefit from a supportive, respectful, and dynamic work environment where diversity is celebrated. The position offers competitive pay, with an hourly rate ranging from 20 to 21 USD, and although it is a tipped position, the Line Cook role itself does not earn tips. Additionally, Landry's provides numerous benefits such as flexible schedules, generous employee discounts, paid time off or sick leave depending on location, and multiple benefit plans.

Working with Landry's means gaining access to unparalleled opportunities for professional advancement and community engagement via initiatives like the Landry's League volunteer program. If you have more than one year of experience in upscale or fine dining kitchens, a passion for great food, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role could be your next career step. The company embraces the 'Be FAIR' ideals—being Friendly, Accommodating, Inclusive, and Respectful—and looks for team players committed to putting the guest first. Join a forward-thinking organization known for quality and excellence and take your culinary career to new heights with Landry's.
