Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in upscale or fine dining
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Physical stamina to stand and move for long periods
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

- Manage inventory and notify supervisors of stock needs
- Assist in training new kitchen staff
- Adapt to fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high food quality
