Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in upscale or fine dining kitchens
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects
  • Must comply with all food safety regulations
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year upscale or fine dining line cook experience
  • Passion for great food and culinary arts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with a guest-first attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet upscale dining standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food preparation and inventory
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff
  • Manage kitchen equipment and notify supervisors of any issues
