Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 year of line cook experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be able to work flexible and varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Consistent attendance required
  • Possession of SNHD Health card
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities
  • Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 year of line cook experience or equivalent
  • Must be able to work a flexible and varying schedule
  • Possession of SNHD Health card
  • Ability to follow HACCP and ServSafe certifications and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and food quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepares food in a timely fashion to recipe specifications including allergen awareness
  • Follows State of Nevada HACCP and ServSafe procedures
  • Uses proper knife skills and portion control tools
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment
  • Performs daily opening, closing, stocking, and delivery unloading duties
  • Collaborates with team members in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Provides excellent guest service during interactions
