Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar kitchen or culinary role preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work in a warm, noisy kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures

- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Job Duties
- Operates cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers
- Prepares and cooks food according to directives
- Verifies the quality and quantity of all orders
- Plates prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance
- Works with servers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant
- Performs other related duties as assigned
