Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a positive atmosphere
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Availability to work full-time and various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Passionate love for food and desire to create great dining experience for guests

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor the kitchen team to deliver outstanding dishes consistently
  • Prepare and cook menu items, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards
  • Monitor kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and uphold food safety standards
  • Assist in training new team members and provide feedback to promote growth
  • Collaborate with management to improve food quality and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment
