Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior food preparation experience preferred
  • basic knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • strong organizational skills
  • reliable and punctual
  • flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

  • strong attention to detail in following recipes and procedures

Job Duties

  • prepare food items according to recipes and product directions
  • follow production prep lists and maintain accurate records
  • use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • wash, slice, and peel items on prep list
  • store prepared food items safely and label dates correctly
  • follow all brand standards related to food safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction
  • restock kitchen supplies and food items regularly
  • assist with ordering and planning food supplies as directed
  • report equipment repair and maintenance needs
  • monitor proper food rotation and storage
  • maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards
  • deliver first-class experiences for traveling customers
