Job Requirements

  • High-volume kitchen experience preferred
  • valid state-issued food safety and handling certification
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work in various temperature conditions hot and cold

  • complies with food safety, handling, and hygiene guidelines
  • promptly reports equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and incidents
