Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience cooking in a restaurant environment preferred
- Must complete Serve-Safe program after hire
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a scratch kitchen
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer service-related skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the general public
- Ability to speak and write clearly, concisely and persuasively using correct grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy and organization
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to perform with considerable independence and initiative
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepares quality food according to standardized recipes
- Maintains a clean, safe facility that falls in line with local Health Department Regulations
- Adheres to portions and preparation guidelines for cost effectiveness
- Reviews and adheres to schedule
- Takes care of guests needs and food orders/specifications with immediacy and accuracy
- Ensures compliance with Health Department codes and regulations
- Keeps direct supervisor promptly informed of key/significant issues or concerns
