Job Duties
- set up and stock assigned cooking stations according to restaurant standards
- cook and present dishes strictly following Tin Roof Bistro recipes
- ensure only fresh, high quality ingredients are used in all preparations
- display proper recipe on monitor during cooking process
- follow food safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of equipment and tools
- demonstrate knowledge of cooking equipment operation, including startup, shutdown, and maintenance
- maintain a clean and organized work station
- communicate clearly and effectively with team members
- prepare food thoroughly and strive for perfection
- multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- contribute to team spirit and a positive workplace atmosphere
