Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- one to two years experience as a cook's apprentice in a large, full-service hotel or restaurant preferred
- ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- maintain applicable food safety certification
- excellent work habits
- professional communication and interpersonal skills
- compliance with all policies and procedures
- ability to maintain clean and sanitary work environment
- reliability and consistent attendance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Interact effectively with the public and team members
- perform excellent customer service at all times
- prepare, season, finish, and garnish all food in kitchen preparation according to established recipes
- collaborate with lead line cooks, dishwashers, supervisors, chefs, servers, and relevant team members to ensure smooth operation
- maintain compliance with health and sanitation standards and all applicable laws
- follow all recipes and control procedures
- assist in all areas of food production as needed
- maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with state health regulations
- maintain consistent and regular attendance
- fulfill reasonable requests made by management
