Job Duties

  • prepare assigned meals following established recipes and gastronomic standards

  • adhere to sanitation protocols and quality control
  • notify the chef of inventory needs and participate in streamlined kitchen operations
  • assist in organizing the kitchen, food storage, dish room, and other culinary areas
  • ensure a first-in, first-out food rotation system verifying proper dating and organization for optimum freshness
