Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a culinary role such as cook or chef
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Residency within the state where the community operates
- Successfully complete state-required employment screening process

Job Duties
- Prepare assigned meals following established recipes and gastronomic standards
- Showcase flair for plating and presentation
- Maintain temperature charts and food safety records
- Adhere to sanitation protocols and quality control
- Notify the Chef of inventory needs and participate in streamlined kitchen operations
- Uphold professional appearance and hygiene standards
- Assist in organizing the kitchen, food storage, dish room, and other culinary areas
- Foster collaboration and innovation within the kitchen team
- Ensure first-in, first-out food rotation system
- Verify proper dating and organization for optimum freshness
- Assist Chef Manager/F&B Director in growing kitchen efficiency
- Offer staff training opportunities
- Follow all sanitation, food handling protocols, safety policies, and regulatory requirements
