Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior kitchen experience
- Knowledge of special diets
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 7 am to 3 pm)
- Completion of a criminal background check
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare all food according to the menu under the direction of the Executive Chef
- Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to standardized recipes
- Communicate frequently and professionally with other line cooks, chef, managers, and front of house team members
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure all food in refrigerator, freezer, and dry storage are labeled and dated
