Job Duties
- Prepare station or stations for cooking
- cook using fryolators, grills, ovens, and sauté pans
- read order slips accurately and prioritize cooking order
- work clean and maintain cleanliness as you work
- manage sauté and expediting tasks
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- lift and handle ingredients or equipment up to 50 lbs
