Interlachen Country Club, located in the beautiful city of Winter Park, Florida, is a premier private club offering exceptional amenities and service to its members. Established in a scenic and welcoming environment, the club is known for its excellent golfing facilities, luxurious clubhouse, and outstanding dining options. The club recently underwent renovations in 2015, modernizing several of its features while maintaining its classic charm. Among its highlights is the Pool Kitchen & Bar, an indoor-outdoor casual dining venue that presents a fun and relaxed atmosphere for members, their families, and guests. The Pool Kitchen & Bar, as part of the Interlachen Country Club’s diverse dining offerings, is seeking experienced, full-time line cooks to join its culinary team. This role is vital to maintaining the high standards of food preparation that the club’s members have come to expect. As a line cook, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining your station for lunch and/or dinner services. Your primary focus will be to prepare menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation photos to ensure consistency and quality. The work environment is team-oriented, as you will collaborate closely with other cooks, servers, and supervisory staff to ensure that all orders are accurately and timely prepared for the enjoyment of the club’s patrons.

Job Requirements
- Must have prior experience as a line cook
- Must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to perform utility duties when required
Job Qualifications
- Experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to cross-train on multiple kitchen stations
- Knowledge of standardized recipes and food presentation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and ingredient stock
- Professionalism and proper conduct in an open kitchen environment
Job Duties
- Preps and stocks all items needed to assemble regular menu selections in addition to the weekly Pool Kitchen specials
- Uses standardized recipes and presentation photos as guidelines to prepare Pool Kitchen menu items and specials
- Cross-trains on all Pool Kitchen stations including pantry, grill, flat, pizza, and prep
- Labels and stocks all ingredients on shelves so they can always be organized and easily accessible
- Maintains cleanliness of coolers, countertops, fryer, grill, and char-broiler on a daily basis
- Performs utility duties when a utility staff member is not scheduled
- Conducts self in a proper manner due to open nature of the kitchen
