We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook P.M. / Lead Line Cook to join our dynamic team. This mid-level position is perfect for someone who has experience cooking on a kitchen line and is looking to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work 5-6 shifts per week, primarily evening shifts, with potential for additional hours based on performance and business needs. Compensation starts at $21.00 per hour, with paid training and paid staging provided to ensure you are well-prepared to succeed in your role.
As a Line Cook at Mochiko Hawaiian, you will be an integral part of the food preparation process, contributing to the overall guest experience by ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of line cooking from setup and breakdown of stations to meticulous attention to food handling and safety protocols. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
