We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Line Cooks and Prep Cooks. These positions offer exciting opportunities for culinary professionals who desire a long-term career within a vibrant and dynamic restaurant group. At Shawarma Guys, you will have the chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and high standards. The role involves preparing and executing all menu items precisely according to company recipes and standards, performing daily food preparation tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, adhere to food safety protocols, and help sustain the quality that Shawarma Guys is renowned for.
We offer a competitive starting wage of $19.00 per hour after a successful introductory period, supplemented by shared tips ranging between $3.00 and $6.00 per hour depending on location. Our structured growth plan includes multiple reviews at 60 days, 8 months, and 14 months that allow eligible employees to increase their hourly wage by up to $3.00 within just over a year. Furthermore, there are ample opportunities for advancement into assistant-level roles with wages potentially reaching $24.00 per hour. Benefits include a 401(k) retirement savings plan without a company match, paid training, flexible scheduling with consistent hours, and generous employee discounts on meals and beverages.
