We are currently hiring Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Pizza Cooks who are eager to contribute to our fast-growing team and uphold our culinary standards that have made Old Chicago a staple in American casual dining. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
  • previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred but not required
  • experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens desired
  • flexible to work a variety of shifts

  • experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens desired

Job Duties

  • ensuring the highest quality food is properly executed by adhering to recipe procedures
  • preparing a variety of food with different methods of preparation and using a variety of tools and equipment
