Job Requirements

  • Previous line cook experience pizza pasta or sauté experience is a huge plus
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail during a busy fast-paced dinner rush
  • Evening and weekend availability Tue-Thu 4:00 PM - 9:30 PM Fri-Sat 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Own the stations confidently executing both pizza and pasta/fry stations knowing the menu inside and out
  • Read the tickets anticipate your partner's needs and seamlessly shift between stretching dough managing the oven dropping pasta and working the fry station based on the flow of service
  • Execute daily prep lists to keep the line fully stocked while maintaining high standards for plating flavor and portion sizes
  • Maintain a spotless sanitized workstation and strictly follow health regulations
  • Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
  • Adapt to dynamic service needs and support your partner on the line
