Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in pizza making or food production
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience in pizza making or similar food production roles
- Knowledge of Italian pizza recipes preferred
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and portion guidelines
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Prepares pizzas according to specific recipes
- Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures
- Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area according to Department of Health standards
- Works towards mastering all shifts in pizza production
- Assists Sales Associates if needed and engages with guests interested in learning about pizza production
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
