Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, the Pizza Maker will be responsible for producing pizzas by following specific recipes accurately, ensuring portion sizes and quality standards are met consistently. Beyond preparing pizzas, the role involves maintaining hygiene standards in compliance with Department of Health regulations, mastering all shifts within the pizza production process, and supporting other staff members including Sales Associates when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in pizza-making techniques, be attentive to detail, and engage with customers who show interest in the pizza production process. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in pizza making or food production
Ability to maintain cleanliness standards
Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
Attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Experience in pizza making or similar food production roles
Knowledge of Italian pizza recipes preferred
Ability to follow detailed recipes and portion guidelines
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

Prepares pizzas according to specific recipes
Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures
Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area according to Department of Health standards
Works towards mastering all shifts in pizza production
Assists Sales Associates if needed and engages with guests interested in learning about pizza production
Performs other duties as required or assigned
