Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 year of line cook experience or equivalent education and experience
  • possession of SNHD health card and required certifications
  • ability to work flexible and varying schedules including late evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • consistent attendance
  • able to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • possession of SNHD health card and other required certifications
  • ability to work flexible schedules including late evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong attention to detail and food safety knowledge
  • capable of working effectively in a team environment
  • excellent guest service skills

Job Duties

  • prepares food in a timely fashion to recipe specifications including allergen awareness and knife skills
  • follows state of nevada HACCP program, servsafe certification, portion control, and maintains a clean and safe work area
  • performs daily operations including opening, closing, stocking, and unloading deliveries
  • collaborates with team members in a fast-paced kitchen
  • provides excellent guest service during interactions
  • participates in environmental, health, and safety responsibilities
  • performs other duties as assigned
