Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year of line cook experience or equivalent education and experience
- possession of SNHD health card and required certifications
- ability to work flexible and varying schedules including late evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- consistent attendance
- able to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodation

- strong attention to detail and food safety knowledge

- excellent guest service skills
Job Duties
- prepares food in a timely fashion to recipe specifications including allergen awareness and knife skills
- follows state of nevada HACCP program, servsafe certification, portion control, and maintains a clean and safe work area
- performs daily operations including opening, closing, stocking, and unloading deliveries
- collaborates with team members in a fast-paced kitchen
- provides excellent guest service during interactions
- participates in environmental, health, and safety responsibilities
- performs other duties as assigned
