Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Previous BOH restaurant experience
- Ability to follow recipe and preparation guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to team collaboration
- Flexibility to complete opening, running, and closing duties
- Ability to comply with health department regulations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- A love of serving people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong work ethic, team focus, commitment to providing guests with an excellent dining experience
- Previous BOH restaurant experience required
- Previous cooking experience is strongly preferred
- Previous KDS (Kitchen Display System) experience a plus
- Food and Beverage knowledge a plus
Job Duties
- Engages team members and the management team in a courteous and professional manner
- Complete opening, running, closing duties as assigned
- Develop a full understanding of the food and beverage menus and allergen and dietary concerns
- Prepare all food items to the recipe specs
- Understand food hierarchy
- Accommodate special requests when applicable
- Comply with all health department guidelines
