PABU Izakaya is a culinary delight created by the late Chef Ken Tominaga, of the famed Hana Japanese restaurant, and Chef Michael Mina. This unique establishment operates as a Japanese izakaya, a type of casual dining restaurant offering a variety of small plates along with drinks. PABU Izakaya presents a modern interpretation of traditional izakaya-style dining, making it a destination for enthusiasts of world-class sashimi, sushi, and grilled meats prepared on the robata. The restaurant prides itself on sourcing the finest locally and globally obtained jet-fresh seafood, flown daily from Japan's renowned Toyosu Market. Additionally, PABU Izakaya boasts a signature selection of A5 Japanese Wagyu, acclaimed for its superior marbling and flavor. The atmosphere effortlessly blends old-world Japanese charm with urban sophistication, offering patrons a unique dining experience that balances tradition and innovation.

About the Role: As a Line Cook at PABU Izakaya, you will play a key role within the culinary team, responsible for preparing and executing dishes with precision, consistency, and care. This role is essential in maintaining the high culinary standards that PABU Izakaya is known for. Working in a fast-paced, fine dining environment, you will align yourself with passionate chefs to create outstanding dishes that meet both the restaurant's and guests’ expectations. Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Positive and motivated attitude
