This role specifically is for a Line Cook, a crucial part of the kitchen team responsible for preparing high-quality modern takes on classic breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of restaurant industry experience
  • At least six months experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and management
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to stand for long periods up to 10 hours
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the US

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the restaurant industry
  • At least six months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow recipes and plating standards accurately
