Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Experience maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to elevated presentation standards
  • Assist with prep work, cooking, plating, and service to meet the demands of a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • Collaborate with the culinary team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Uphold cleanliness and organization by maintaining a sanitary kitchen environment and adhering to all food safety and health regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and support in minimizing food waste
  • Support the training and development of new team members, fostering a positive and professional kitchen culture
