Job Description
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing foods to be served to guests throughout the venue, often having direct contact with the public in areas such as a buffet line or preparing dishes to order. This role requires excellent attendance and availability to work scheduled events. Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 to $20.00. Benefits for Part-Time roles include 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until June 27, 2025.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- previous cook or prep cook experience
- able to operate standard kitchen equipment including the broiler, steamer, convection oven, mixer, meat slicer, and chef knife
- ability to communicate effectively in English with employees, co-workers, and guests
- ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- possess valid food handling certificate if required by regulations
- ServSafe preferred.
