The role of Line Cook at Harvest Seasonal Grill is a critical position within the culinary team. The ideal candidates are experienced culinary artisans who can excel in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or food service setting
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Food handler’s certification preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, presentation guidelines, and chef instructions
  • Set up, maintain, and break down assigned station for service
  • Work efficiently during service while maintaining food quality and consistency
  • Communicate effectively with the chef, kitchen team, servers, bartenders, support staff, and managers to ensure smooth service flow
  • Follow proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of station, equipment, and work areas
