Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience
  • Experience in upscale or fine dining restaurants
  • Knowledge of health and safety sanitation standards
  • Ability to supervise kitchen line
  • Understanding of gluten-free diet management
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to wellness-focused culinary practices

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in food preparation, preferably in upscale or fine dining settings
  • Basic supervision experience in kitchen line operations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health department regulations on sanitation and food handling
  • Mastery of all kitchen stations and culinary techniques
  • Understanding of the relationship between food and health
  • Experience in managing gluten-free diets
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Job Duties
