We are currently seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our kitchen team, offering both evening (PM) and morning (AM) shifts to accommodate varying schedules. - Previous experience as line cook
- Food handler's certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 plus lbs
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods

Job Duties
- Inspect and clean food preparation areas such as equipment and work surfaces or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
- Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality keeping track of old and new items and rotating stock
- Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating the temperature of ovens broilers grills and roasters
- Season and cook food according to recipes and direction of the chef on duty
- Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking
- Coordinate with other line cooks to ensure food comes out together
- Respond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism
